All truly great thoughts are conceived by walking," Friedrich Nietzsche
The power of nature and peaceful and quiet reflection is a large part of a gratitude walk. Taking stock of all the good that surrounds you and allowing yourself to quietly walk and breath deeply all the good that nature can bring.
Quality gratitude walk starts with the following:
15 to 20 minutes in length and a walk amongst nature with comfortable shoes and clothes.
Deep breathing helps with the walk and focus.
Walking alone so that the only chatter is the birds and nature and the positive reflection of your gratefulness list that you embrace.
A journal perhaps to write down your observations and goals for the moment.
Make the time for yourself and take the time to be part of the solution.
Smiles shared this day for you : )
