Each morning, every morning may we take the time to recognize our control of our thoughts and first step into each day.

Each morning, every morning may we enter the day with the thought that I can and will be a better person than yesterday. Yes some mistakes were made but today I can and will be better. Happier, more forgiving, more tolerant, more accepting, more kind.

Speak the best thoughts and words, don't gossip it truly does not make you look better.
Reflect on the day, the good, and the not so good and forgive your mistakes. Take ownership of course they were your mistakes, not another's but yours and reflect on how I could have done it differently.
Acknowledge, and make reparations if need be but put it behind and move forward.
