Simply put we are in control of our 'state of being'. We awake and as soon as we are aware of our surroundings that we are present for another day that is truly this moment is our first moment of gratitude. At the very least it should be the moment that says thank you for another day.
State of being is the present state that we recognize our attitude and our planning our next moments, reflecting our days plans and goals. Being present in gratitude is the only way to start a day and plan are forward steps.
