When we awake and our feet touch the floor be and feel the gratitude for being alive, healthy and look at our surroundings and yes take it in and feel the essence of life and the ability to 'be'.
No matter what we don't have, thier are plenty who have less and no matter how less their are many who feel grateful to have what they have.
Showing Gratitude is perhaps the single best action we take for another and it costs little to implement. Be sincere and show another or tell another or both how grateful you are to have them in your day.
